- Making a reservation is absolutely safe at Pantheon. All personal details of our guests are encrypted and destroyed after their departure.
Prepayment Policy
In order to make your reservation at Pantheon Hotel near Athens Airport, it is necessary that 50% of the total value of your stay be prepaid by:
- Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, Diners)
- Bank Deposit to: Piraeus Bank
Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation occurs 24 hours prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the whole amount is refunded, whether it is deposit or prepayment of the total amount of the prearranged stay.
Confirmation Policy
- In order to confirm a reservation, the hotel's reservation department requires the client's credit card details. The card will not be charged without the presence of the client, except for the cases in which a cancellation or a change in reservation dates has been made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
- If a client does not wish to supply us with his/her credit card details, prepayment of an amount stipulated by our hotel must be made via deposit to our bank account. In this case, the reservation will be confirmed once we have received the deposit slip via fax or e-mail.
